More than 60% of the Japan land consists of the mountainous regions.
The more difficult the management of woodlands due to population ageing in countrysides is getting, the more important the efficient use of thinned wood and pruned branch is getting.
A company in the west of Japan has installed the Meiwa's carbon box for carbonization of deforestation trees.
They make use of branches and leaves as fuel and proceed with the carbonization independent from fossil fuel.
This case is an example for good use of our equipment even on mountanious region with difficulty to retain the power supply and enough area for equiments. -
Breakthrough treatment of disposed residue of pigs in a river flowing through a big city in China.
China breeds lots of pigs and chickens. In the worst case the huge breeding amount may have a risk of huge disease trouble.
In the past the Swine influenza rampanted in China and hog farmers afraid about treatment discarded the pigs died by influenza to rivers. The MEIWA's carbon box was very active in treatment of the pigs in case that the government didn't have any any good countermeasure. The outstanding semi-automated design enablesd workers to treat the died pigs with the reduced risk of infection. The residue of pigs was carbonized with bones(lots of phosphorus) and the biochar was used as fertilizer.
